The Dežru Spec-S coilover system is engineered specifically for the 2007–2013 Mini Cooper platform, a lightweight and highly responsive chassis that benefits enormously from modern damper control and correctly selected spring rates. Designed around the R56-generation Mini’s suspension geometry, weight distribution, and short wheelbase, the Spec-S delivers sharper turn-in, improved stability, and far greater composure without compromising daily comfort.

Developed for drivers who daily their Mini but still enjoy spirited street driving, canyon roads, autocross, and occasional HPDE track days, the Spec-S features digressive piston valving that provides strong low-speed support during braking, turn-in, and transitions, while remaining compliant over rough pavement and surface imperfections. Rather than relying on excessive stiffness, this setup targets a balanced ride frequency in the ~2.0–2.3 Hz range, tightening body control while preserving the Mini’s playful, confidence-inspiring character.

Fixed-length damper bodies paired with a 25–35 mm adjustable lowered ride height ensure proper suspension stroke and geometry are preserved. This maintains usable bump travel and predictable roll behavior, allowing the Mini to remain stable, responsive, and forgiving when driven hard.

The above express warranties are made for a period of the lesser of 12,000 miles or 36 months from the date the product is installed in your vehicle. Any improper use, operation beyond capacity, substitution or addition of parts not approved by Dežru Suspension in writing, any alteration or repair by others, or any removal, defacing or altering of the identification shall void this warranty. There is no warranty on high-performance or race related parts due to the nature of usage.
