The Dežru Spec-RS was engineered specifically for the 2008–2023 Dodge Challenger V8 rear-wheel-drive platform. While the Challenger is famous for effortless V8 power and highway comfort, its size and weight can produce noticeable body roll, brake dive, and slower chassis response when driven aggressively.
The Spec-RS addresses those characteristics through carefully developed digressive piston valving, increasing low-speed damping to better support the chassis during braking, corner entry, and acceleration while remaining compliant over rough pavement. Rather than simply making the suspension stiffer, the Spec-RS gives the Challenger a more connected, predictable feel without sacrificing the refinement expected from a modern muscle car.
Ride height is independently adjustable through fixed-length damper bodies, allowing a 30–50 mm lowered ride height while maintaining proper suspension stroke. This preserves suspension travel while delivering the aggressive stance enthusiasts expect.
