Why We Build to Order
Every Dežru suspension is built specifically for the customer who ordered it. Unlike mass-produced suspension systems that sit on warehouse shelves, our products are assembled after your order is placed.
There are several reasons for this approach:
- Vehicle-Specific Engineering: Different platforms require different spring rates, valving configurations, and hardware packages.
- Consistent Quality Control: Building to order allows us to inspect and assemble every suspension before it leaves our facility.
- Performance First: We'd rather spend additional time building your suspension correctly than rush a product out the door.
- Application Variety: From Subaru WRXs and Toyota GR Corollas to Porsche 911s, BMW M Cars, Audis, Corvettes, and Ferraris, maintaining inventory for every possible configuration simply isn't practical.

About Production Times
Our lead times are estimates and can vary throughout the year.
- Popular applications such as WRX, BRZ, Porsche 996/997, BMW E36/E46/E9X, and Audi platforms may occasionally ship sooner due to production efficiencies.
- Specialty applications and lower-volume vehicles may require additional validation and can occasionally exceed published lead times.
We take this seriously because our goal isn't to build suspensions quickly. Our goal is to build them correctly.
A properly prepared suspension saves time, frustration, and unnecessary labor later.
Order Status Updates
To help keep customers informed, we provide production updates throughout the build process.
- Awaiting Fulfillment: Order received and components are being prepared.
- Preparing for Final Assembly: Parts have arrived and are staged for assembly.
- Final Assembly / Packing: Your suspension is being assembled, inspected, and packaged.
- Shipped: Your order is on its way.
Important: "Awaiting Fulfillment" is typically the longest stage of production. While there may not be daily progress updates during this period, your order is actively moving through the manufacturing process.

We provide multiple notifications regarding lead times before an order is completed.
