Dežru Suspension – Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final – Limited Exceptions

At Dežru Suspension, every coilover system is engineered to order, built with globally sourced components, and assembled in the USA. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  1. Order Error – If the incorrect product is shipped due to a Dežru Suspension error.

  2. Defective on Arrival – If a product arrives damaged or defective in transit (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

  3. Warranty Claims – Covered under our Limited Warranty terms (repair or replacement only, no refunds).

Customer dissatisfaction, preference changes, or improper installation do not qualify for a refund.


Limited Return Eligibility

If a return is authorized at Dežru Suspension’s discretion, the following apply:

  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by our Customer Service team.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • A restocking fee of 25% applies to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and safe transit.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.


Evidence of Fulfillment

To protect both parties, every shipment includes:

  • Tracking number and carrier confirmation.

  • Photographic documentation of the order before packing.

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery for high-value orders.

This documentation will be used to contest any improper chargeback claims.


Chargeback Prevention

By placing an order with Dežru Suspension, the customer agrees to:

  • This Return & Refund Policy as posted at the time of purchase.

  • Attempting resolution directly with Dežru Suspension before initiating any chargeback.

  • Acknowledging that “dissatisfaction with product performance or preference change” is not a valid basis for a refund.

All disputes will be resolved under these published terms.


Warranty Coverage

Products are covered under Dežru Suspension’s Limited Warranty, which provides repair or replacement for manufacturer defects. Warranty claims are not grounds for chargebacks or refunds.
